How This Works
This tool manages all weekly syncs, monthly feedback reviews, and peer feedback for the Tiger Tracks team. You are signed in with your Google account, which controls what you can see and edit.
- Employees can only fill out their own sections on their assigned weekly and monthly forms.
- Managers can fill out the supervisor/manager sections on their direct reports' forms.
- No one can edit another team member's sections.
- Manager notes are hidden from employees until the meeting is complete and notes are released.
- All updates auto-save as you type.
Weekly Manager Sync
Fill out your wins, priorities, risks, and capacity before your 1:1 with your manager. Your manager adds coaching notes after the meeting.
Monthly Feedback Review
Role-specific monthly reflection and performance feedback. Employee fills out reflections, manager fills out assessment. Templates match your role.
Active Meeting Links
View and share unique form links for every team member. Use these to send weekly and monthly check-in reminders.
Give Feedback
Send feedback to any team member, directly or anonymously. Route it to the individual or their manager.
Submissions
View submitted weekly syncs, monthly reviews, and peer feedback. Visibility is role-based.
